- Fold the whipped Cream and the liquor into the Chocolate and mix well. Pour the Chocolate mixture over the Cream Cheese Mousse. Smooth the surface, cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Dust with Cocoa Powder and serve.
In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add the corn syrup and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Fold half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Repeat with the remaining whipped cream. Pipe or spoon the mousse into individual serving dishes.
