  2. Now, once it’s well soaked & inflated sufficiently: Add into it, rest all other veggies & herbs & spices & the cooking soda

  6. Now, pour in the entire egg-oats-veggies batter to it & spread it evenly & lowering the flame now, cover the lid & allow it to be cooked for about 5 mins time
  7. Now, open the lid & flip over the omelette to its other side & let this side also get cooked for the next 3-4 mins time or until well cooked in its either sides by covering the lid again
  8. Turn off the flame & time to dish out the same to your serving platter & be on your breakfast table alongside a couple of toasted breads, tea/coffee/fruit juices or anything of your choice
