- Divide the dough into 4-8 pieces (these will be rolled out to your flatbreads, so divide depending on the size of flatbread you want)
- Roll the pieces flat into a flatbread shape
- Heat a pan on medium high heat. Add some olive oil in the pan or on the bread and cook the bread on one side for about a 1-2 minutes. It might create some bubbles, don't poke them! These will get beautiful golden brown when you flip the bread
- When its cooking I like to add some olive oil on the bread, so when you flip it, the other side will get a nice golden color
- Flip the bread and cook the other side
- Optionally add some olive oil on the finished bread and enjoy!
